Last updated: June 4, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BOL Parser website and Service, operated by BOL Parser, Inc. ("BOL Parser," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or Service.
1. The Service
BOL Parser provides an AI-powered tool that extracts structured data from Bills of Lading and syncs that data to your Transportation Management System (TMS). The Service is currently in a pre-release beta phase and is provided free of charge during this period.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, joining our waitlist, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Service.
3. AI & Data Extraction
The Service uses Artificial Intelligence to extract data from logistics documents. AI extraction may occasionally produce inaccuracies or incomplete data. The Service is an assistive tool and does not replace human verification. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all extracted data before using it for any business, legal, financial, or compliance purposes.
4. Your Data
You retain all rights to the documents you submit and the data extracted from them. BOL Parser does not claim ownership of your data. We do not use your documents or extracted data to train or improve AI models. Our Privacy Policy provides additional detail on how we handle your data.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, AI models, user interface, design, and documentation, is the property of BOL Parser and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Submit documents that contain malicious code, viruses, or files designed to disrupt or damage our infrastructure.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise gain access to the source code or underlying models of the Service.
- Access or attempt to access any part of the Service that you are not authorized to access.
- Use the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use or places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BOL Parser and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, or your reliance on AI-extracted data.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BOL Parser and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [Your County], [Your State], and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
13. General
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BOL Parser regarding the Service.
